i'm going to attempt to get my new dig dug project going. i need help testing my ar ii. i tested the power brick and everything is good. dont know where to go next...

am i testing the right pins? i read some boards need a load to test correctly, do i need the pcb plugged in?

Test on the test points and then adjust the voltages with the pot.

Once you get them dialed in test the voltages again when the PCB is plugged in and under load.

the pot wont adjust it does nothing when i dial it up or down
