I took the time to model up a potential house's basement to see how many games I could fit in there. needless to say the results are insane and I can't imagine ever having this.

The model can be found here http://ian.minuetserver.com/downloads/southfork.skp

So I bought a house, but it wasn't the one in the original post. So no basement arcade but I am left with something better! 24x40 (1000sqft) second garage with a heater.

That will be the real dream now. 70 games capacity.

Well I wanted to go for maximum games, If i get rid of a few games I can easily put in a bar area. But for whats it worth the house is 10 feet away.
