Is there a way to convert a NES rom to Nintendo VS. eproms?

Not quite yet but some people are working on it and got a couple of games to work.

OK! But is the end connector (The connector that plugs in the console) of a NES cartridge the same as the VS board with the eproms?

No, you don't plug an NES cartridge in. You would burn the NES ROM data to new eproms. It's not a plug and play solution. There is no such thing. I'm not even sure what's been done on the NES front for the VS. You'd have to go through that thread I linked to.

However, you can get an adapter to plug an NES cart into a Playchoice 10!
