Help Identifying a Machine

I came across this forum while trying to identify an arcade machine I came across. It's not mine, but since this forum gets a lot of questions about identifying cabs it seemed like a good place to ask.

This obviously isn't a Crusin USA cab (it doesn't even have the right amount of view change buttons). I've spent days trying to identify this thing, but I've completely run out of ideas for relevant search terms. Please help.
