Display too high on LCD Monitor

A few years ago I purchased a stand-up Ms Pac-man Midway cabinet that had been converted to use an iCade 60-1 multi-game board. The original CRT monitor finally bit the dust so I replaced it with an LCD monitor. The monitor I used is a Dell 1908FP 19" 4:3 LCD. I mounted it in the case with the long side (horizontal side) running top to bottom (ie. base of monitor facing to the right of the cabinet). It is perfectly centered under the glass bezel so that I can just see the edge of the monitor all around. I plugged it all up and switched the iCade to use VGA input. All is working great with one small glitch. The display image is just a little off the top of the screen (too high). I ran the monitor's auto-adjust feature, which actually set the image about 3-4" off the top edge but was then able to use the monitor's horizontal control to move it back down. But it doesn't come down far enough - it's still about an inch too high. How can I further adjust the image so that it better centers on the monitor. It is perfect left to right (monitor's vertical) but too high top to bottom (monitor's horizontal). Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks... Mike

I've had that issue with the 60-1 boards and that dell 1908 monitor. 

I never did figure out a way to move it any farther- I ended up switching the LCD to a different brand.  They're cheap.  Try and find a place locally that sells used computer stuff and look thru the monitors for a 4:3 one.
