Are there any going out of business operators in WI with arcade games in warehouses?

That stuff just doesn't happen, especially if you aren't extremely deep into this hobby.  I've been doing this for a very long time and only once did I even get a whiff of something like this.  One at a time.  Slow and steady and, before you know it, you'll be one of those operators with a bunch of games.

It's tough to know across the country. Why not look into auctions? Maybe you can even get a hint there. And share with us!

I’ve found that locating operators with games is a matter of knowing the right people and also lucking out by crossing paths with one. It’s only happened a few times for me and never because I posted about it on an arcade forum. Those old timer operators usually still have flip phones!
