I have a stern cabinet that is converted to an Ajax by Konami. I am converting it back to a stern game.   Anyone know where to get stern parts/artwork ?

For most Stern cabs, you are better off getting stencils.  This Old Game, Phoenix Arcade, Escape Pod Online, Game on Grafix....the usual suspects.

If you know what game you're going to convert it to, I always create a saved search on eBay that looks for the parts and emails me once a day.  Ebay is good for PCB's.
