Hey guys, I need some help. I have a Lethal Enforcers 2 I picked up. When I got it, it was scrolling. I figured it was a ground issue, and I was right. I got a new Jamma harness (molex) and rewired the cab. It fixed the problem. It was bad..electrical tape holding hands .
Anyway, so I did a cap kit On it and now it's scrolling again. I reflowed the pins where the sync goes etc. I did have a couple of lifted pads and had to use jumper wires. B+ is fine.
Any ideas? Any help would be great. Thank you

Scrolling like a vertical or horizontal hold issue? If you adjust those pots, does it do anything? If you wiggle the ground connectors does it go away?
