I am new to the collecting world and just recently picked up 2 arcade games to repair Congo Bongo converted to some Data East game "my guess is robocop similar button lay out" which come with everything but the Monitor, Marquee, Bezel and Pcb and the other is a completely stripped millipede straight down to the Partical board  I picked this up since the same guy was giving it away for free it only has the two speakers, Marquee light and Back door

I have leads on repro art for Congo Bongo one of my Collector friends has some but I need help finding a pcb everything else I know how to get but the Millipede is 100% what I need help with, I am wondering if I can somehow Make a re pro control panel and side art I know there are re pro control panels so thats what I want to do but would it be cheaper somehow making my own side art?.
