What was this tetris cab, and should I buy it?

Hey John, your youtube videos are addicting, and I appreciate all the effort you put in.

One of your videos said the forum is the best way to get a hold of you.  I am looking at a cabinet on kijiji (more popular than craigs list here).  It's a cabinet that looks in good shape, I plan to go look at it.  I was wondering if you could tell what the cabinet was in it's past life...

and what do you think about the $300 price tag?  Machines don't seem to ever pop up in a reasonable distance from me, so I don't want to go in all excited over something that might be a pile of crap.

I know one photo might be hard to judge, but maybe there's something that stands out to where you could tell me what this thing use to be?

That is some sort of conversion. I don't recognize it. $300 seems a little steep to me for a non-dedicated cabinet. Try offering $200 or less.
