Ok, the problem started to dissapear after being on for and hour. We left it on all night and now problem is back.

I believe the monitor is ok. I did not change caps on main board, I think it might be filter caps.
Has anyone ever seen this problem?

If you left it on and the problem got better then it indicates that heat expansion might help it to get better. In that case I'd pull the board and look for a bad solder joint and probable touch up as many solder joints as I could. Got-a start some place.
