Stuck screws

For the love of God does anyone have a tip to remove the larger screws from the monitor chassis?

Capping the monitors and trying to get the screws out so I can cap the board. There are two that are stuck and won't budge for anything!

Larger bit? Vice grips? Put a screw driver on and tap it with a hammer? I save WD-40 and PB Blaster for cars typically.  You're talking about the two that typically hold a chassis in so it can slide out? Worst case scenario is to take the monitor out and put the tube face down on a towel so you can get some leverage. I've been there...just with rusty bolts on cars. Good luck.

The red tent montors. The two screws on the front under the adjustment pots and the two on the bottom (so I can remove the board to re cap it.

I tried solvent, heat gun,  different screw drivers, tapping them, moving the monitor for leverage. They are rounded so I can't grab them with vice grips.

John, you know how frustrating your Tempest is right now? That's where I am with the damn screws. Most broke loose easy as pie. For some reason these four will not budge.

 I braced the monitor and actually got on top of it with my full body weight trying to break these things loose. I'm going to get a Dremel and just grind the bastards. It looks like they used some kind of green colored lock tight on these at the factory and someone was over zealous.

 I tried heat, torque, tapping, solvent, lube channel locks and everything under the sun. I was hoping someone had a moment of insight during a red tent restore.

jsut found this tip-good luck ;)
To improve your screwdriver’s grip on the head, insert a wide rubber band between the screwdriver and the screw head. Place the rubber band flat against the head and insert your screwdriver. Slowly turn the screw driver and attempt to remove the screw
