Driving me crazy my old monitor would do this

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tHvm0hFUk5E

I was given a nice 27" but it has VGA plug for video input. So I ordered a "Arcade game RGB/CGA/EGA/YUV to VGA HD video converter board 1 VGA output". Just tried to set it up and have issues. Monitor says
OUT OF RANG
HF:30-40Khz
VF:47-160hz

48.3Khz 60Hz

Would I just need another product or just wire right to the pins on the monitor to the game PCB?

I'm almost to the point of trying to find a cap kit for the old one but haven't found the right kit or I'm lost as to what one.

It's the M825H1.

The new monitor is a Vision Pro model # KT-2938.

Any help would be awesome.
