Hello I just recapped my monitor and put it all back and I'm getting the following picture problems have no clue what this is or how to fix it

Sync issue? Did you try adjusting the pots or turning down contrast? I'd play with the pots first and make sure you have the video connections right.

Pots didn't help luckily I have a flow chart to see where I may have bridged something thanks for the reply john love the channel the videos made me take the plunge and litter your boards Smiley
