My Sanyo 20ez started doing this. just re capped it. also checked TR402 TR403. any recommendations?

I would check your to see if your wires to the monitor were on the right way. Then maybe your voltages to the monitor or recheck your caps see if there are all going the right way and check to see if your not bridging any thing you soldered just look over everything.

B+ measured 110.1V. double checked all the caps, double check the video cable, adjusted all the VR35x pots. all checkout ok, but the picture is still a garbled mess.

Did you adjust the pots on the video board of the DK? There are pots on the video PCB for DK. Vertical position looks off.
