Frogger help please

Hi I am having problems with my Frogger I looked up other threads on here I have checked my voltages , changed the volume pot I keep having the same humming coming out of the speaker. I am having trouble finding info on my pcb also the number is 834-0084 on the main board the video is 834-0074 I have a Frogger manual but that pcb is not listed in my books it skips my number and goes to 834-0085 . the heat black sink that's by the edge connector gets really hot to the touch I didn't know if this was normal I didn't know if this helped but the numbers on my stickers were p/n:700-0069-00 please help me out thank you.
