can Sunset Riders be set for mono?

Just that question. I have a Sunset Riders board that has the stereo sound out and I'm thinking about building it into this mono cab I found...does anyone know how to do this?

Go to TEST mode while the game is in attract mode.
Go into 'GAME OPTIONS' and change 'SOUND OUTPUT' from STEREO to MONAURAL.
Likely it is already set to MONO and you don't need to do anything.
