Greetings to all from Southern California, My Name's Matt I have been visiting this site and been subscribed to John's channel on YouTube for several years, and I've been buying and repairing games since the early 2000's but I did it as a lone wolf and have been mostly a lurker on pages like this, but I've realized that if I'm going to get as serious as I'd like to in this hobby, I gotta start networking with others so that's why I'm here. First I'd like to compliment John on his Site, his games, and his videos, I enjoy seeing his games and his approach to the hobby. I only have a small collection of cabs and PCB's at the moment But I'm slowly building a decent stable of games. I have a page at coinopspace if anyone wants to see my games, most are in some stage of restoration see here http://www.coinopspace.com/profile/MatthewSilcox I hope I can contribute my knowledge and learn more from those here.

True restoration is an art form. Like any good artist you have to know what your doing. Painting a single line on a canvas and calling it a masterpiece does not fly in restoring a arcade machine. Do it right

Thanks for the welcome guys. That was a $20 rescue game, I'm mean it was just in shambles! The photos really don't show how bad it really was, I always tell everyone that It's a zombie Grin
I'm hoping to get it finished soon, but seems like things always pop up keeping it's restoration slow, things like my Ms. Pacman which was actually my first game years ago that I had traded away and I couldn't pass up the chance to buy it back.
