Space fever CPO

Hi does anyone have a space fever CPO file that I can get printed.
Looking at some old threads I think someone may have scanned it in the past?

Holy blastable bunkers, you have a genuine Space Fever?  You rock.  I dig all things Space Invader-y, and I love Space Fever's split convoys.  I think it's awesome that you're taking an obscure game like that and giving it some love.

Unfortunately I don't have a scan, or real artistic ability to recreate one, but I will definitely keep an eye out for one for you.  Something about this feels important.
