Hi All, Picked up a replacement DK PCB to replace a Double DK PCB in my machine and when I plugged it in I got the following display -

I tried re-seating all the chips and connectors.  Was told this was a working board when I bought it.  Any direction would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Did you check your voltages?

I had a DK3 that was doing that after being in storage for a couple of years. I had to reseat all the chips to get it working again. Took several tries too.

I did find the z80 chip had a broken leg and swapped that out.  Improved the video image but still needs work.  I will double check my voltages next... thanks for the advice!

Found an eprom with a broken leg.  I'm now considering buying an eprom programmer and have been looking on ebay but I'm not sure what is good and what is junk.  Any advice on what I should buy?  Thanks.

Got this one:

http://nl.aliexpress.com/item/High-Speed-TL866CS-Programmer-USB-EPROM-EEPROM-FLASH-BIOS-AVR-AL-PIC/32479845822.html?spm=2114.48010208.4.6.ttSaBC

Only use it for programming pinball eproms from 2716 to 27c040. Don't know what DK uses.
