a c64c from the uk... awesome because its pal.. lots more pal games than ntsc...
but if you live in the usa, and dont have a good display for it, its pal and not ntsc and you might be screwed ;)

It's the 6581 MOS. If you lose sound, or partial sound, this is the chip that is failing, it's socketed so it's childs play to replace. If yours goes, head to ali express, don't pay ebay 4 x prices (from me ;-) ). Wait a few weeks and get from China for £5 shipped. |
