So i heard Pac Man's power supply was in it's board, what does this mean?

The PCB (printed circuit board ) of pac-man had the power supply  integrated in it  . most games had a separate power supply
the heat sink you see and the caps in the lower left hand corner is the power supply. while the rest of the board is the game
