My Dig Dug shows a bunch of garbage on the screen and says Rom 2.  It will not switch out of test mode.  I've replaced the Rom 2 chip and reseated it several times.  I've also reflowed the solder to the socket and checked the traces with my multi-meter.  I then checked my voltages at the power supply, the pcb and the edge connector and all are fine.  At this point I am completely lost.  Does anyone have any ideas I may have overlooked or know of someone I can send my board to to have it fixed?

well its possible the socket is just bad. Those old single wipe sockets don't hold up that well.
