I'm excited to be a member of the John's Arcade Forum! Love seeing John's YouTube videos each week. I always find something valuable in them.

I've built 3 mini arcades:

1/2 size Qbert

Micro Coleco Table Top Arcade Conversion

3/4 Scale


Those builds were fun but now I'm more into the real thing so I'm currently restoring an original DK I found on Craigslist. It's my first real arcade and I just finished soldering on new capisitors from Ian Kellogg. In the next day or so I hope to fire it up and have the monitor and sound work for the first time. (His cap kits are freakin' awesome by the way)

I have a restore thread going on BYOAC but perhaps I should start one here? Then again, it's not like anyone hasn't seen a thousand DK restores. 

Anyway, happy to be here and lean more about arcades!
