Last night my Tekken 2 cabinet was working just great. I powered it off then went to bed. I turned it on today and now it isn't working. The monitor and marquee light comes on, but the game isn't putting out video or sound. Also, the coin return bulbs flash on just for a brief moment then go out. I haven't had a chance to do any troubleshooting yet, but thought I'd see which direction to take. Possibly a blown fuse?

Sounds like a dead power supply.   The monitor and marquee would be powered direct, but the coin lights are most likely through the power supply.  Voltmeter would tell you if you're getting your +5v through the jamma.

Update: I just got home from work and it's powered on and working again! Now my question is what could have happened to cause it to do that then just suddenly work 6 hours later? We're having unusually rainy/snowy/cold weather today and it's in my garage if that's a contributing factor.

if the power supply is really old the caps might be pretty far gone and depending on weather could determine if it will run or not. This is only a guess.
