shrunk which way? It sounds like it might be the B+ that is low. There is a test point labeled TP91 that you can measure the B+ voltage. It needs to be as close to 108Vdc as reasonably possible. The pot is near by that you can adjust.

Yes, I though B+ too. But, both of them? Have you adjusted horizontal size?
