Something seems off with this game. Can anyone confirm is this is correct? I feel like it might not be totally original.

Well, there was a dedicated Mr. Do in the Universal cabinet. That image he linked is not that. It's a conversion, like most of them.

Yea, they were done as conversions to other games as well as being in Universal cabinets and universal cabinets.  Grin
