Hello once again

I posted a topic a few weeks ago about my MTC9300 chassis. I got told my flyback is busted, so i searched one and replaced the current one.
Now the Flyback doesnt spit out sparks, so i think that is a good sign, but now i have a other Problem, and i dont know what it is.
I recordet some videos, maybe you guys can help me again?

before replacing the Flyback: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G5j_7k_y81c

after replacing (current problem): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QEPE35tfGaE

I have no idea what kind of monitor that is but it looks like it is going into shutdown.

Usually a bad flyback takes out the HOT. I would replace that next or at least try to test it.

Test the HOT out of circuit. Test fuses, check the monitor power supply which for this monitor I don't know off hand what type of supply it has.
