OK...

So my Tapper is starting to give me problems.

The other day, I couldn't move the bartender up.

Left, right, and down worked.

I drilled the lock on the coin door (in 2 years, this is the first issue I've had)

I expected to find a broken leaf switch or something. However, I found no simple fix.

So I closed it up and VIOALA... it started working again.

However, yesterday I was playing along and all of a sudden, the bartender won't go anywhere. No up, no down, no left or right.

Does anyone know what the heck is happening here?

Might clean the contacts and check for broken wires where they are soldered to the leaf switches. I had some broke on my tapper.

No actually wires broke loose from pulling the cp. Also check the cp to harness plug. Sometimes they are corroded.

fixed it. The little red ball fell off the end of the joystick. So now I'm perplexed. Because, the first time things went "wonky" it was just the UP direction that was having issues. Weird.
