I have a couple of games that do not have save-kits available.
I whipped this up this in photoshop (the "HighScore" was found on google Images and Was not created by me).
I am more of a photoshop hack than a pro like John so I did all this editing and saved as a JPEG - I didn't save the psd file.
but if you need a quick generic card... here is what I have - it is black and white. Easy to print in windows 3.5ishx3.5ish.
so you can fit 9 of them on a single sheet of 8x10.
Use/distribute/alter to fit your needs if you like.
