So that says something bad happened to the wiring. Either the bridgewinding on the transformer is broke or something is miss wired.
Turn off the brick and measure the resistance between the ac pins of the bridge. Should be something low. Like under 100 ohms. Probably under 10 ohms.
I think you should also investigate why the voltage selector is missing. I'm assuming someone hacked in some wiring to get rid of the selector plug.

Just found a blown fuse. F3, 20a.
I could've sworn all the fuses were good.
Is the spare a 20a?

I don't remember off hand what thespare is. But you can read the number on the fuse itself. Also consider replacing f3 with a 25amp fuse

They don't say on the casing. Both look 35 years old and very similar inside. Old one just seperated. No burn marks.

Update: Just applied power with new fuse. Power brick made a snapping noise, however all fuses are still good.

Good and bad news. I plugged in the game and I couldn't believe it. IT WORKED! I played a few games, but then F3 blew. I hope I put something less then 20A in there, and that is why it blew.
When I got it, the power transistor on the power board was bad so I replaced it. Then the fuse blew (or just exasperated from handling) so the repair looked unsuccessful.
I had about 5.8V on the test loops on the audio/power board.

Try the 25 Amp fuse. If the 25 amp is still blowing, start suspecting the big blue to be shitty.

While I was playing, I noticed the internal blue-light was burnt out. Anyone know where I can find a replacement?
