Cruise Ship stopped in Nassau Bahamas (I have a small budget, ).  If budget isn't an issue, Atlantis is the way to go ( http://www.atlantisbahamas.com/ )

If you do visit Nassau though, go to this place, amazing blue water, if you have a family, the dolphin encounter is awesome.

One of the most beautiful places I have visited (and I've been to Cozumel, Jamaica, Key West, Florida, etc).

I saw your video in Puerto Rico, I want to go there in the future as well.
