I bought a Sega Turbo game a week ago. Since that week I have been in for a rollercoaster ride with the game. The only thing that was wrong with the game when I bought it was the shifter. I think I have found the problem. Only two wires are connected to the microswith and there are supposed to be three. So, I will fix this soon. Luckily I stay in high gear all the time.
Second problem was the gas pedal. One day it suddenly stopped registering 0 and 1 speeds. When my foot was off the pedal it was going at a 3, 2 when pressed barely, and 3 when pressed all the way. For some reason the game cleared this problem up and it works the way it is supposed too. Not sure.
The third problem which just started happening yesterday. I was playing the game and it was doing fine. I went to do some yard work and when I came back the screen had all these vertical lines and looking a bit srambled with a few numbers on it. Not sure what the
is with that. I use to be able to press the start button of the game and the game would start. Now, it just adds credits, and putting in a
only gives credits. The game doesn't actually start. I checked one of the boards and reseated most of the chips. Does anyone have any hints of what I should do?
Thanks for any help,
Wesley
