Hello everyone, I am new to this forum and have a problem with a Nintendo Punch-out arcade. When I bought the machine it was not displaying at all, I pulled apart the PCB clean and re-seated all the roms. I plugged it back in and rejoice, it worked apart from the fact Glass Joe is a pile of Pixels. I suspected which could be a voltage issue so I have turned up the 5v and still no resolve. Any ideas ??

Is it only glass joe that is having issue? Can you try to play through the game and see if any other characters are messed up?

Either some of the eproms are bad or something else near the eproms went wrong.
