Well, you're not connecting it TO the power supply, you'd be connecting it AT the power supply where the AC is coming in. You can figure out how the AC is getting to the switching power supply and tap in before it gets to the supply.

Connect to AC only (line and neutral, Black and White), NOT FG (ground). Tap in on the two AC wires.

Okay, so one wire to one AC screw...and the other to the other AC screw on the power supply?

Johns probably busy. Yes that is the ac feed to the psu, you can rob power from there.
I would recommend crimping some connectors on all those wires!

Yes, I probably need to clean up those wires....just wanted to get everything in working order first.
