Hey dudes,

Just got a 412-1 Blue Elf and installed it in my "Last Duel".  Checked the pinout to verify and everything is hooked up right.  The Last Duel worked great...all controls worked fine.

Powered up the Blue Elf and get the splash screen, hit the S1 button to get to the config menu and it pops up just fine.  It is side ways on the screen.

Tried moving the joystick(s) and can't get the arrow to move, also tried player 1 button and nothing.

It seems like everything is working but the controls.  Checked pins as mention before and all looks good.

Any suggestions?
Thanks,
MK

SOLUTION:
Pin27 was to ground.  removed and grounded to power supply ground.

Works great now!!!!

The wiring on that board is pretty picky, has to be wired exactly like the manual says, I think the grounds have to be tied together for the controls to work, one of the pins cant be connected, etc.    If you have an  existing jamma harness, it may not work without making some changes according to the manual.

Hey Offset....

Yeah, I read that 27 needs to be disconnected and both 28 pins need to be grounded to the power supply.

Gonna give it a try.
