Having a monitor issue on a Red Tent

I have had this issue with this monitor since I bought my Red Tent. I have this vertical red line on the edge of the screen I have tried adjusting the horizontal width but this is maxed out in that direction. Any ideas whats wrong?

You adjusted the horizontal width but did you try the horizontal position?

I don't actually know if that's a problem to fix (I'm still trying to learn this stuff) but I'm wondering if that is nothing more than an artifact that's not suppose to be seen on the screen so maybe shifting the picture over to the left just a touch would fix it???

Well, I tried horizontal position it almost moves it off the screen. Almost tempted to just put a small black piece of paper on the edge.
