Was thinking of picking this up any idea if this is gonna be a major fix? Guy was asking $400 (defintely not offering anything near that). Thanks.

Looks like the monitor just need some work. I would buy that and cap the monitor and audio amp. Might fix it up 100%.

What is the yellow/orange panel on the cpo?

If the cab looks decent then it would be a buy, as John said, capkit should repair that monitor problem!
