PC10 attract mode issue

So I've had this issue where sometimes my single monitor PC10 will not show game preview screens...  It will roll threw the menu, stop on a game and just show the channel select instructions.. 

If I unplug the game select ground wire it works as it should seen in this video...

When I plug it back in, it goes back to having an issue seen in this video

I thought initially it was a sticky switch but I swapped that switch out, and I still have the issue..

And suggestions would be cool! Thanks Harry
