pc10 rom swaps

Has anyone on here had an experience with changing the roms to make different games there were not available on the pc10. I have seen a version of donkey 3 that used to be a tennis? I have a couple games that are doubles and would like to swap the roms. Any ideas were I can find some info on this. If you have ever done this would like to hear your feedback. thx
