TE Connectivity VS Molex Question

Ok so I bought some TE parts and I though they were interchangeable? Was I right to assume this? Or did they "f" up my order?

I attached a pic. I wanted a 9 pin molex connector and they look way SMALLER then the molex.

.250 centerline is compatable between molex versions of the same connector. I feel bad now since I couldn't quite see the connector in photos before. I'll have to look at which connector that is but i think its .084 series after looking at it.

this is the series of connector at probably one of the cheapest connector places around.

It looks like the TE parts might work? Will I be able to just cut off the connectors and replace them with the new ones? That should still work right?

That new site just has the one type of 9 pin. Does it have the other?  I am so confused now....
