I have a Sunset Riders cabinet with what I think is a WG k7500 monitor in it.  The specs on this monitor say it is medium resolution, but KLOV lists Sunset Riders as a standard resolution game. How come these two components work together?  Is the higher resolution monitor backwards compatible or something?  I would imagine there would be some timing issues between a game expecting a 15 kHz monitor and a 25 kHz monitor?

Some monitors have a jumper/switch to go from 15k to 25k. Are you sure it's not a U5000? That one can switch between the two resolutions and looks just like a k7500.

OK I've looked through the documentation and can't find that switch anywhere. Also now not sure if its a k7500 or k7400. Now I'm thinking it might be the 7400 but how can I tell???

I don't know of any for sure way to tell. The K7500, K7400, U5000, and U2000 are basically the same monitor but with different ablities. Only thing I can tell you off the top of my head is to look near the middle for a big connector that loops back on itself (if that even makes sense) Only the U5000 has that. You most likely have a K7400.
