I have a dedicated Ms. Pacman and I have an issue with the board resetting itself.  One of my buddies vending guys adjusted the voltage for me and it worked for a while and now its resetting again.  Im assuming my power supply is about to kick so my question is what is a good modern switching power supply for Ms. Pacman and any advise on installation?

I would check your fuse blocks and your edge connector. They both tend to go bad and can cause reseting. The power supplies are so simple on pacman that I dont think you would be having any sporadic problems with it.
