Been playing this on my mame cab..

Sure it's weird.. Who cares..

So I start playing just to hear the Stereo effects that John is talking about.. Ok it's pretty good and I remind myself to get some time on Journey at the next expo.. Then I keep playing saying that I need to get the bonus so that I can hear the music..

And play and play..

I think it's a good game, has a That Tron mini-game feel.. MCR all the way..  Now I'm a fan and its in my favorites.. Wish I had played one back when I was a kid in the 80's..

Just saying until you play it and get the bonus, gotta get the bonus.. Don't hate on some Journey..

The game doesn't have the same replay value that Tron does for me personally. After I beat the 4 mini games and get to the concert part I have no desire to play through it again with the ramped up difficulty. That said, If I had one in a dedicated cab I'd think it was killer. Especially if I was a big Journey fan. If you took the same game and put the faces of Black Sabbath on it and had a Sabbathy-looking cab It would be one of my favorite must have games =)

I am seeing some hate for the game, not the cab, in the vid comments. Oh, well! I personally think the game is fun. And I love TRON too. Smiley

I put it on my MAME arcade and found the cassette sample file and put it in the samples folder in the MAME directory and was able to get it to play the song after the mini games. If any of you were looking for it. Here is a link. This is an actual copy of the cassette version of the song

I'm sad that they never made a slayer arcade in the 80s
