I have a K7000 chassis that keeps blowing the fuse. The isolation transformer shows 118v at the primary and 0.14v at the secondary.
it should be 5v right? will that cause it to blow? where can i get a transformer?

I believe normally the isolation transformer will input AC volts and output AC volts. You shouldn't get any 5 volts off the isolation transformer. The monitor also gets power in from AC and switches to DC volts on the chassis.

A good first step is always a cap kit, and check your Horizontal Output Transistor for shorts. Sounds like the chassis has a short somewhere that is blowing the fuse. Caps tend to fail first, and may take other parts with them.
