Hello

Please pardon my ignorance I just got a neo 2 slot swapped out the battery so I'm some what confident in my new found soldering skills the monitor is wavy and cropped I messed with the controls for it inside by the mother board but the left and right sides are really cropped never centered and the monitor is wavy toward the top.

It has a zenith sticker but after googling it appears that the  monitor  is wells I just want to make sure so I can get the right cap kit I can post more pictures just once I got it in the house didn't want to mess with things just wanted to play it Smiley

The player one joystick won't move right I ordered a micro switch the original one was bad so I figured worth a shot for $1

Thanks in advance

Mailed out my check to Bob Roberts for the cap kit but the assembly of the back panel doesn't let me have easy access to the monitor going to have to try to pry off the wood

Um, this might be wrong but...doesn't the monitor come out the front?  Created an account just to say this.

Is there not a way to leave the monitor in and just take out the board to recap it from behind?

Sure, but it might be easier to just put the monitor on your bench.
