Hello everyone,

My name is Hector, and this is my first arcade forum that I have joined. I currently have a marvel vs street fighter arcade cabinet, that was originally a Steel talon arcade. I bought it at Captain's arcade auction planning to replace the board with a Pandora's box version 3 board. My goal is to restore the arcade to make it into a street fighter 2 champion edition clone. I look forward to getting to know you on these boards, and hopefully get good advice on how to get it started.

Welcome!  I always wanted to go to the Captains Auction Warehouse, but I'm always working the day of the event!  I've watched online a couple times.  Anyway, good luck on the SFII conversion

It's a pleasure to meet both of your acquaintance. From my experience its best to go directly to Captain's arcade auction in person than bidding online.  I made the mistake of bidding online before actually seeing my cabinet that I picked up in which I ended up with a hardcore project that I am working on. From this experience I hope to learn the information I need to get it running.
