My first Rebuild - I am totally screwed!

The switching power supply says "Peter Chou." That's the only marking I really see.... besides the serial number.

Also, Some guy is selling a Wico Sum20 monitor on craigslist here. Could I use that instead?  It says No Screen Burn. I will fix mine when I get money for the parts/tools. But the thing is, my elecrohome g07 has screen burn out the ass.

I got a soldering station and solder.

Where should I order the cap kit from? I wanted to go Bob Roberts, but his ordering process seems confusing. Any body else out there you might recommend? Also, shouldn't I get a flyback replacement too?

Try iankellog from these forums for the rebuild kit.  I've ordered one from him before and they are done very well, with clear documentation.
