I don't think this is a monitor issue... The reason for that is if I increase the red drive I can make the screen have the red hue to it. I've recently done a cap kit and reflowed the headers and what not. It did cut in and out before, albeit intermittently, but it was hit or miss. I am going to replace the harness connect because it causing a hum, but I doubt that will fix the problem. If I wiggle the harness the hum will come and go. The one thing I saw online was to check the resister at RM1 but that visually looks ok and nothing happens with slight wiggling.

Does anyone know what the voltage should be for the red at the harness connector? Is it safe to assume it will be the same as the blue and green?

I have red! Even though I reflowed the solder it still didn't have continuity on the red pin on the header of the monitor chassis.
