Do you want a bartop arcade? Is that what you are looking to get? If you want a 60 in 1, just find a cheap JAMMA cab on CL and buy the 60 in 1 board for $75.

That looks like a bar top a guy out of Chicago used to sell. Can't remember his name off-hand. If all the parts are brand new I would say $400-$425. Yes, you could build one for under $200 with used parts and such. The price on these all depends on how much you want someone else to do the labor for you and how big a risk you wanna take using old hardware.
